在平等、合法的原则下,人力资源部组织修订了《绩效管理制度V1.6》。
According to the policy of equality and legality, HR department revises new corporate regulations as following: Performance Management Policy V1.6.
经工会委员会民主程序的履行及法务部审核,特发布《绩效管理制度V1.6》,如与公司人力资源现行制度、条款冲突,将以此次发布细则为准。
Through the fulfillment of democratic process by the Trade Union Committee and the audit of the Ministry of Justice, here to release the revised and new human resource regulations. If the released regulations conflict with the current one, please follow the later ones.
